I don't have a private driveway, just street parking — can you still come?

Yes, as long as the vehicle is legally parked and there's enough room to work safely on one side.

Can I take the REM while the work is being done?

Of course — many Saint-Lambert clients leave us the car and head to work in Montreal by REM or commuter train.

How do I know if it's the alternator or the battery?

A battery that charges but drains quickly often points to the alternator. Our technician confirms it with an on-site test before charging anything.

Do you install remote starters?

No, that's not a service we offer. We repair the mechanical starter motor — the part that cranks the engine — not remote-start or remote-access systems.

Does the service work without a lift?

Yes, the work is done with a jack and jack stands, like all our mobile services.
